Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 9ph link will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 9ph link support immediately.
9ph link is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
All financial transactions on 9ph link are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 9ph link accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 9ph link's discretion.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 9ph link wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transaction in your e-wallet application. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the originating bank. 9ph link does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 9ph link reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: 9ph link is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 9ph link account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on file with 9ph link.
9ph link aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Bank transfer withdrawals may take an additional one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account after processing.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 9ph link will require completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals above certain thresholds may require additional documentation. 9ph link reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.
Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. 9ph link reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been fulfilled. Winnings generated through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
9ph link offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.
New players who register a verified account on 9ph link may be eligible for a welcome bonus. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 9ph link's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of that round. All content on the 9ph link platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of 9ph link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 9ph link.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9ph link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9ph link's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9ph link does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
